As a conduction heating and indirect thermal drying equipment,
It consists of shell & jacket and a driven hollow shaft with disks.
Wet material is dried by heat conduction of the disk surfaces and jacketed shell surface heated by the heating media (steam, thermal oil and hot water) which are the dry heat source supplied to the dryer’s shaft and jacketed shell.
Product is gradually transported by transfer blades attached to the rotating disk surface,
and finally discharged with dried condition after drying / cooling process.

• This Dryer is a continuous process equipment of input, drying and discharging automatically.
• The heating medium is supplied to the disk and jackets and dry using the indirect conduction heating.
• It is available to adjust the position of the blades at the end of the disks, the rotation speed of the rotor and the height of the discharge outlet.
• The retention time and the drying moisture content can be adjusted.
• Adjust the pressure inside the dryer to negative pressure (-20 ~ -50mmAq) and it suppresses the scattering of dust and the emission of exhaust gas to the outside of the dryer.
• It is Add Back System that can cope with change of throughput and property change.
