Double arm equipment which is called KNEADER is the typical example of batch mixer. It is suitable for the mixing and kneading of high viscosity materials. KNEADER has two blades inside the W-shaped body and the blades are revolving at different speeds. The revolving blades make the materials mixed and pressed from the outside force of shearing. The subsidiary devices are manual or automatic ones that blow after the complete mixing. Through the inside of the body jackets or blades heating and cooling with steams or coolants are possible. In terms of the substantial containment, 40~60% of inside capacity is proper.
