This dryer has a heated trough containing rotating heated paddle shafts.
Two hollow shafts with hollow paddles turn in opposite directions in the horizontal trough.

Two The dryer consists of shell & jacket and the wedge shaped paddles.
Wet material is dried by heat conduction of the paddle surfaces and jacketed shell surface heated by the heating media (steam, thermal oil and hot water) which are the dry heat source supplied to the dryer’s shafts and jacketed shell.
Product is gradually transported by transfer blades attached to the rotating paddle surface,
and finally discharged with dried condition after drying / cooling process.
